Notes: The Bartmann jug was discovered during an archaeological excavation by Bureau Oudheidkundig Onderzoek Rotterdam (BOOR) on the grounds of Huis te Riviere. Huis te Riviere is the oldest known rectangular castle in the county of Holland. The castle was built by Aleid of Holland in 1262. Today, only ruins remain of the castle.
