Notes: In 1942, the wreck of a cargo ship was found near what is now Ens. This happened during the construction of the Noordoostpolder. The wreck (NQ38) was over 11 metres long and almost 3 metres wide. Its cargo consisted of bricks. The ship probably sank in the first half of the 17th century.
