Notes: The excavation site was located on the grounds of the former Enkhuizer Banket Fabriek (EBF), situated within the historic centre of Enkhuizen as it existed until the end of the 16th century. Traces of habitation dating from before 1600 were still intact and dated back to around 1375. It appears that wooden buildings stood here until around 1500. Pavements, waste pits, cesspools, wells and animal skeletons were uncovered.
