Notes: In May 2016, Archeologie West-Friesland conducted an archaeological excavation on the site where a farmhouse had once stood. The farmhouse was likely built around 1600 just outside the village boundaries of Venhuizen and Hem and demolished around 1960.

Feature description: Bartmann Jug; s2-kan-32; rounded body with a shoulder tapering into a tall neck featuring a ribbed collar, flat base; stoneware with surface treatment: iron engobe and salt glaze; appliqués: a mask on the neck and a medallion with a star-shaped flower on the belly; origin: Frechen, Rhineland
